My wife and I met today with Thomas Schultz to get the Medicare Process going. I can't begin to tell you how pleased we were right from the start. It was obvious that he was genuinely interested in our needs and had the knowledge to know exactly what we should do. Rita, Customer Service Specialist, lived up to her title with her friendly greeting when we walked into the door and she definitely show'd an interest in Vicki and me by conversing with us for a little bit. One thing I should note is that we mixed up our meeting date and they still took the time to meet with us anyway, even though they had another appointment coming within the hour. We did not feel rushed at all and are so thankful that we did not try to figure this whole thing out ourselves. We highly recommend Thomas Schultz and his team.
