A really efficient, fun, high energy way to get an intense workout in under an hour. I previously went to Mountainside Fitness and took advantage of their PPZ classes which are similar, but TruHIT has perfected this concept. Competitors like BODI are far too crowded for a comfortable workout in my opinion -- TruHIT offers fairly small class sizes, constantly changing exercises, and music that you actually want to work out to. Warm up and cool down required before/after each workout which is great.
This place is great! Excellent trainer, motivating and knowledgeable. Friendly people in class. Workout is intense, fun music to go with it. I highly recommend this gym!
TruHIT Central is the best! I am so happy I found this gym. The workouts are tough, fun, and never the same. The trainers and owners are awesome! You feel like you are part of a community. Try this gym, you will not regret it.

I absolutely love the workouts and the atmosphere here! The new ownership has made this a wonderful and welcoming second home. Boris and Nicole are amazing, as well as all of the other trainers. They care that you're going to get a great workout and will make modifications if you need them. I love this place! Sometimes you can even score a 3 month membership for the price of 1 month on groupon just to come and try it out! AMAZING! Give them a try. You wont be sorry... you'll be SORE but definitely not sorry!
