3 Palms

Very good in all respects. Tyne at the front desk was able to find our reservation and quickly set us up with keys and info.... With a smile. Made us feel like V. I. P. 's
Rooms were super clean, decor was fresh...not your typical boring neutral treatments. The whirlpool bath, especially, made the stay such a treat.
We hope to come again, and soon!

Our first night at the 3 Palms was wonderful! We arrived early and there wasn't a room available for early check-in but they provided a key for us to access the guest lounge and pool area. Christina checked us in, she was so welcoming, made the process easy, and even upgraded our room! Definitely would come back and recommend the 3 Palms because of how nice she and the staff were!

My girl and I stayed there 2 nights a few days ago. This is our 6th visit. We Love this place. The rooms are great. Grounds are clean and beautiful. And the pool!! Also the night clerk Jeffery was especially professional, friendly and helpful.

My interaction with Alonso at the Front Desk would have been summed up with "Excellent Hospitality". I am glad I had an issue with my booking which was due to no one's fault other than my own because I was able to sit back and listen to how Alonso handled very delicate opportunities.
Hopefully you have already realized Alonso's high potential for growth and development within your companies future. If not, please do not allow my time observing go to waste. I have some experience with this sort of thing...spent 15 years in management and I would have poached him up for my team if I were still in the grind.

Hotel okay at least the rooms are clean. Nothing to write home about. Staff is kind
