  Had to being my daughter in after being home sick from school for 3 days. Checked in online and was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was extremely friendly, caring and attentive. Even my daughter commented on how gentle the providers were. From the throat swabs to her ears being checked. What a wonderful change of pace and relief during a tiring time Sick kids are never easy to deal with, but this place makes it look effortless.

  The staff at this facility is friendly and very professional, and I was helped in a very timely manner. Special kudos to Hannah at the front desk, she is the first face people see when they come in and she was very kind. I would definitely recommend this facility!

  As good as it can get when your sick. We were from out of town so just picking a place to go is stressful.
  The Check-in process to the male nurse to the Dr. was smooth and professional. I picked this place because they had a x-ray machine and I did need the use of it. They even called me later in the night to tell me what the radiologist said about my condition.

  I went to the McDowell location after work on Wednesday the 9th expecting a wait. No wait Rosa greeted me the moment I walked in the door and was so friendly and calming Godfrey took me back before the ink was dry on the sign in sheet and was so professional and pleasant while taking my vitals and my PA Serena came in right away and was amazing and reassuring. I highly recommend FastMed and this will be our family's new urgent care!!!

  I'm visiting here and needed to see a doctor and my doctor suggested an urgent care. I was able to get in quickly and get seen right away. The physician was so friendly and thorough, she diagnosed my problem after a full exam. Everyone was so friendly and professional here. I will definitely recommend this facility to others.
