So the manager reached out to me and asked me to send pictures and give her details of what was different and how she can help. We talked and she found me one of their hair stylists who would help me. So I went today and Ester did an amazing job. She did a great haircut pluse a perfect hair color. I am so grateful that they reached out to me and helped me to have another experience at their place.
