Courtney's office was inviting and had adorable things to look at or for sale. The ultrasound viewing room was beyond comfortable for me and my husband. Courtney was so charismatic, kind, and helpful. We didn't feel rushed or like "customers". If I could've hugged her when we left I would have! She didn't try upselling us... on the contrary- we asked for an upgrade eventually, and certainly plan on going back for a third trimester screening.
