Peter K patiently went through multiple revisions of the plans (since we're a little picky) before starting the project to make sure we got what we were after. Once the walls came down, the project went so smoothly we found ourselves asking if we should have done more. Certainly, there were unexpected things that popped up (weird, in a 1939 home) but the team at Tradewinds adapted and solved these issues without skipping a beat. When we said "hey, our foundation is sinking so we need to fix that but we'd like to stay on schedule" they adjusted the construction schedule around the foundation company's timeline and stayed on schedule. In fact, not only did we finish on time but we finished on budget. That NEVER happens. We especially appreciated the attention to detail that Peter C possesses. He made sure that there were no shortcuts taken and what we had in our heads materialized in our home. “I just visited Burrito Express for the first time a few weeks ago. I had heard of them but never remembered to check them out. I love breakfast burritos and so many places charge too much for them (in my opinion.) Burrito Express is really affordable and has quite a few options. The service was quick, cashier was friendly and I really liked the online ordering option. I decided to try a bacon, egg burrito add cheese and green chili. I mistakenly thought the green chili option was for green chili beef so I was a bit disappointed with that but it was my misunderstanding. The burrito was good overall but having paid extra for cheese I wasn’t happy when there was one tiny glob of it added in. I’ll just add my own from now on. I didn’t see any green chili pieces either but I could have missed them. A few days ago I returned and just got the bacon and egg burrito which was a bit bland but their salsa verde is really good and helped significantly to add more flavor! Overall, I’ll be going back again to try some other combinations. One big downside is that they’re only open until 3pm.”

“This was a really cool experience! It’s almost like a speakeasy for sushi! From what I understand, you must have a reservation or know someone to get in. When we got there it was roped off with a red carpet rope and a bouncer in front. We told him who we were coming to see and they came to get us and brought us to our table. The service was good, the waitress was attentive and everything came quickly. We ordered a few different sushi dishes which were all tasty as well as the mozzarella sticks. We also got a bottle of sake to share and it was really smooth! Potent, but flavorful and smooth. We went during happy hour so the prices were great too! I really liked the decor and there was pretty low lighting throughout. Next time I’d definitely like to try the karaoke!”

“Five stars does not even begin to do George's Famous Gyros justice. The gyros platter is piled high with the best meat I have EVER tasted. The shrimp salad is a meal for at least 2 or 3, the shrimp are cooked perfectly and the dressing is to die for. They have a mad scientist in the back making corn fritters like you have never tasted. Then there is Katie, and she pulls the entire show together. She keeps all the customers happy with her wonderful smile and personality, while making sure everyone has everything they could want and describing the wonderful food.”
