The crew was great! They arrived on time and with two dollies each, the team if two loaded my truck in 60 min., which I estimated 90, so we were on schedule.
They let me know every time a nick or large scratch was noticed on my furniture just to be clear on already damaged furniture. I had plenty of blankets for them to wrap my stuff safely in truck, and it was big enough so "my guys" didn't have to play Tetris with my stuff. I just kinda stood back and let them do their thing, which I really appreciated.
I drove the u-haul and they followed, which was all communicated ahead of time. Unloading took a lot more time, since we had to travel up an elevator and down a long hallway before arriving at my new place. They took extra care in protecting the walls, carpet, etc., but hustled the entire time.
Strong work, attention to detail, punctual, and caring team of movers. I highly recommend Experienced Movers and will definitely use James and Nick again!
Best movers I’ve ever had. I’ve used them twice for long distance moves and they made the process very easy.
James was fantastic and took great care of my stuff. I wasn't sure all my things would fit but he assured he would make it work and he did with a little room left. Would totally recommend him and derek and will be using them in the future.
Experienced Movers is a top notch company. I had them move an entire household in a 26" truck plus an add-on trailer across country from Charlotte, NC to Scottsdale, AZ. They packed it up very professionally and loaded the truck and trailer carefully to ensure no damage would occur during the trip. They kept in touch during the trip to ensure my delivery window would be met. They unloaded the truck in Scottsdale and not one single scratch or broken item. It was amazing!!!
They are professional, courteous, friendly, polite, and cared about the contents of my home. You just don't get customer service like this anymore. I still use them if I need something delivered that I purchased or taken away that I can't handle myself.
