(June 4, 2019, 7:41 am)A SUPER EXPERIENCE! When my tire warning light went on I knew I had to check my air pressure. Sure enough, I had a leak in my right rear tire. I didn't want to risk driving all the way across town to get home so the first thing I did was check online reviews of tire shops near me. I was drawn to Discount Tire because of the convenient location, but more so, because of the exceptional reviews they had received. I didn't realize when I went there that I'd be so satisfied that I too would be adding my comments to the long list of satisfied customers. Literally every aspect of my experience was exceptional. The lobby and waiting area is extremely clean and spacious. There's even an outdoor seating area complete with a picnic table! You won't want to get too comfortable in their waiting area though because they will have you back safely on the road before you know it. Both the sales staff and the mechanics are knowledgeable, courteous and as professional as they come. No hype or pressured sales pitch here. In fact, the skilled mechanic pulled a nail from my tire, fixed the tire, re-balanced it, then remounted it all within 30 to 40 minutes and didn't charge me a penny. I mean really, who provides that kind of service anymore? Discount Tire on Talking Stick Way does! It makes for a great experience when competence, honesty and professionalism all come together at the same time in the same place. Thank you, Discount Tire!
