There have been some policy changes from Desert to Life Storage, but still a well-run operation. At this location, the Manager, Calla, is professional, efficient, has a pleasant demeanor and always willing to assist. She will do above and beyond what is expected. The whole staff is like that.... Kelly has helped me so many times! She is professional, cheerful, competent in whatever she does for you. This is a Dream Team. I hope they never leave this location. I recommend Life Storage highly without hesitation.

The business office is more efficient and knowledgeable than most business Ive dealt with in my (long) life. I feel safe there while shuffling boxes during my unexpected move. And.........drum roll please.......the two gals, Kelly and Calle (spelling forgiveness please) are simply dears, and jumped to my rescue when I couldn’t lift two boxes. Now THAT is customer service and just plain human kindness. I was near tears of gratitude....it’s hard to find that level of compassion in today’s crazy world. I highly HIGHLY recommend Life Storage Scottsdale. Thank you !!
