“Very disappointed. I got my eye surgery in September of 2005. At that time, I paid extra for the “Lifetime” touch-ups. From the time my eyes healed my right eye was always a little less than great. Fast forward to a few years ago, with my right eye even worse, I return to the surgery center for an evaluation and to get a free “touch-up”. The Dr. went over some options and ended up just prescribing me a pair of glasses to wear when needed and we would address the surgery later. Well, okay, I guess. Now, I go into the surgery center last Thursday (1-30-19) with my right eye now lagging much further than acceptable or usable. Meet again with the Dr. and she describes exactly what the procedure will be, and that I am a good candidate, should be no problem. Then she hands me off the billing and scheduling department. After going over everything she drops it on me that it’s going be $500. Wait, what? I asked about my “Lifetime touch-up” that I paid for. She stated that “A lot of things changed” and immediately started backing out of any responsibility for the “Lifetime” claim. When I asked to see a copy of my “Lifetime” contract that I signed, she was quick to point out that “Legally we only have to keep it for 7 years”. I have no beef with anyone there, but “Lifetime” is lifetime. The appointment ended with them telling me I would be getting a call from corporate to go over options. That was over a week ago. Guess it’s time for a review. UPDATE: Squeaky wheel gets the grease, I guess. Changing review from 1 star to 4. They made it right, even if there was still some scheduling issues. Healing now from a complimentary PRK surgery on my right eye. So far so good.”

“Book your visit here! I shopped around all of Phoenix for an office that looked warm and inviting, and this was definitely the best pick. Courtney's office was inviting and had adorable things to look at or for sale. The ultrasound viewing room was beyond comfortable for me and my husband. Courtney was so charismatic, kind, and helpful. We didn't feel rushed or like "customers". If I could've hugged her when we left I would have! She didn't try upselling us... on the contrary- we asked for an upgrade eventually, and certainly plan on going back for a third trimester screening. The images, video, sound, heartbeat animal, intimacy of the office, and excellent care we received has left the BEST impression on us both. Thank you, Courtney, for making our visit so wonderful!”

“I never liked exercise until I came here. Now I'm going to class 5x a week because I feel so good and have so much fun(and kind of feel like I'm dying at the same time). The classes are challenging but I feel so darn good after that it keeps me coming back. The members are welcoming and awesome people. The staff and instructors are amazing. “Jet's uses premium ingredients and doesn't cut corners. They taste like what Pizza Hut tasted like when Pizza Hut was actually good, maybe a little better. I get the round pizzas because the square ones are too much. Their crust toppers are tasty, and you can add one for no additional charge. I think they get a lot of star reductions due to the atmosphere, but a lot of restaurants are having staffing problems at the moment. Really, it's worth the wait.”
