“The guys at Carpet Source really treated me right! They did a wonderful job helping me to choose the right carpet for my house. They removed the old flooring, and everything was installed perfectly, and ahead of schedule! When cracks were found in the foundation of one of the rooms they were able to fill it in and grind the floor where it was uneven. They worked around all of my needs regarding getting a new closet door installed at the same time as the carpets, and in the end everything looks as though it were meant to be there. Highly recomended!!”

“David from Sears heating and air came out to service our broken air conditioner today. We are currently 10 days with no air, and we have been working with our home warranty to get it resolved. After 3 other service people failed us, we were assigned to Sears, and David actually took the time and did the work necessary to get us headed in the right direction. He spent 4 and a half hours at our home working to identify every possible option, before finally determining that our unit couldn't be fixed and needed to be replaced... and an hour of that time was spent on hold with our warranty company to make it happen. I cannot tell you how much of a relief it was to work with him after all we have been through in the last 2 weeks. With or without my warranty restrictions, i would 100% call them back for service in the future.”
