“Dr. Tuggle is amazing, I tell him every time I see him that he is Superman! He is very straight forward, which is what I like, he doesn't sugar coat anything and you know exactly what to expect with the bioidentical hormone treatments, as well as anything else. After seeing him for menopause, he then ended up being more of my primary care physician. I have seen him for just about everything since. “I lived at CSF for about six years. I started my lease under Graystar and literally three days after moving in, AMC took over. I was very apprehensive about living under AMC after signing with Graystar. Robert from Graystar was so kind. He is who I signed my lease with. Enter AMC. I believe I’ve seen three managers come and go in the years I’ve lived here. Wanda was the manager I really got to know and like. Cindy is the current manager and I honestly don’t know her too well. When Wanda was the manager (pre Covid), the complex did fun things. We had a night where we roasted marshmallows by the pool, had parties and community events. That’s how I got to know Wanda. From the few times I’ve seen and interacted with Cindy, she has been nice. Farrah is the assistant manager. She is AMAZING. I really got to know her during my time living here. She is very kind and helpful. If she has a million things to do, she always made me feel important even if I was asking a silly question. She never made me feel like I was bothering her. Kristen is nice and has a very kind heart. She always made me feel important and valued as a resident. Maintenance was always efficient. I enjoyed living here and I would have renewed another year but my life is now going in a new direction. My neighbors were quiet for the most part. My only complaint is there were a LOT of dogs residing above me and next to me, which sometimes startled my cats. The person above me had a large dog, which I heard a lot as did my cats. Eventually we got used to the noises. If you have dogs, it’s probably not that big of a deal; cats are more sensitive to noises.”

“Diane was really wonderful to work with! I was at a loss of how to decorate my condo. I had a few pieces of furniture that she rearranged to make better use of the space. I appreciated her willingness to work with what I had. She quickly put together a color scheme for the unit and we were able to add a number of accessories. If there was something I did not like she was flexible and found the "perfect" piece for me. I am very pleased with my end result knowing that a professional designer like Diane not only saved me time and frustrations but achieved a result I never could have done by myself. “Good Rubios food. Ordered the shrimp tacos and street tacos. They definitely didn’t slump out on loading the tacos with meat, plus they swapped out guacamole for sour cream with no fuss. My only complaint is that there was no clean silverware and the soda machines were out of ice. Even after several employees were notified of the ice situation they didn’t do anything. Like I said, good food though.”

“I was given a gift card for Hand and Stone for my Birthday. My only complaint is If you want a massage you must book in advance. Same day appointments are not available. The first appointment I made over a week in advance was canceled a few hour prior to my appointment, due to the therapist being ill. When I arrived for my rescheduled massage Kate greeted me at the front desk and was very nice. The facility is easy to find and very clean. The therapist addressed my issues and it was a very good therapeutic massage and I definitely was feeling better when I left. I purchased 4 massages on their Christmas in July Promo for the entry price. I scheduled a massage over two weeks in advance. The therapist was pleasant and I it was a very relaxing experience. I look forward to my next appointment!”

“AMAZING !!! Not only are they thorough instructor's, they focus on SAFETY! They are knowledgeable and go over rheology in depth. I have been to this school twice already . I have been an ICU nurse for 6 years and I decided to leave because of the burnout, anxiety, and depression from COVID. I finally made the decision to change specialties and work as a nurse injector. I didn't know where to look or how to start . I googled schools and found NLI . I reached out for more info and Danielle emailed me and texted me all the information I needed . She was caring and I felt a sense of trust ! They are genuine kind and treat you like family here . Most schools just want your money and don't care about importance of up to date EBP and solid curriculum. NLI was more than helpful. They solidified a foundation in aesthetics for me . I've been injecting since April 2022 and have since gone back to do a PDO threads course that I took with Jan and Dr. Wayne !!! They are phenomenal instructors!!! Louis the owner was amazing, helpful, and passionate ! He is a marketing guru and always there to help or answer any questions! NLI is a great school and I'll continue to further my education here ! “Serenity is more than an assisted living residence, it is a home. My Mom has lived here for 5 years. I tried keeping my mom in her own home with an aide but this did not work. She lives in a beautiful room and has access to the entire home. She receives the care and respect she deserves. There are 10 rooms available with aides that are so attentive to everyone’s needs. Eva, is the main caregiver and she is terrific. All the meals are home cooked and served family style. John is the owner. He is so kind and caring. My Mother treats him like a son. I am across the county. John keeps me informed about all health concerns that arise. I could not manage this situation without the care my Mom receives. I highly recommend Serenity to anyone looking for care for their loved one.”
