“I have to say that every time I come in, the staff is always so helpful and friendly! The computer system had a “glitch” during my return today…and I had 4 staff members going above and beyond to make it right. Two of them were managers (thank you, kimmy, and Kim!), and the other two associates (Lo, and Jade), were equally as stellar in their customer service skills. I left, due to their tenacity in making things right, a happy customer once again. This is the only location I visit due to the caring nature of the sales staff. “Looking back, I had an amazing time at Cactus Shadows (and in the Cave Creek Unified School District). CSHS has an amazing group of students who all care about each other and there is a strong community feel. All of the events put on by student council and the football games were amazing. I feel like a few areas the school can improve upon is acquiring (and advocating) for more technology use in classrooms like many other surrounding districts (Peoria Unified, Paradise Valley Unified and Scottsdale Unified). The school implemented a "No Phone Zone" policy in the 2017-2018 school year that only makes it feel like they are advocating for LESS technology use which is NOT preparing students for the future. That aside, some teachers prefer to only handout outdated packets to teach, while others (overall a majority of them) are engaging with the class and truly care about helping you succeed. At the end of the day: Dispute the high class sizes, the teachers do their best to individually help you and truly care about your success. The administration is willing to listen to students and consider their input. The school has a good (although it could be better) selection of courses and has a really good CTE program. You won't regret sending your student to Cactus Shadows or any school in the Cave Creek Unified School District. My overall experience in the district has been outstanding and I'm very happy I had the chance to attend their schools and Cactus Shadows in particular.”

“I drive about 15 miles to have my hair done by Tiffany Welling at Snip Salon. She has been my favorite stylist for years. The salon is great... good energy, always busy. It's a beautiful N Scottsdale location, in a strip center anchored by AJs grocery. But I wouldn't drive as far if it wasn't for Tiffany 😊. If you live in the area, it's a great choice! Kenny owns the salon; he once worked in Tiffany's salon. Great people, lots of experience... You won't be disappointed! Update: February 2022 I still visit Tiffany at Snip Salon whenever I want my hair cut and colored. Same great ownership, same excellent salon experience. I still recommend this Salon highly!”

“My husband had partial robotic knee replacement surgery with Dr Martin 2 months ago. It was an excellent experience in every way! He is almost 80 years old and is completely recovered. He had very little pain and then only at the very beginning following the surgery. Dr Martin is obviously exceptionally skilled, kind, and comforting - he engenders complete confidence. His nurse, Jeannette, is so kind and helpful. Everyone in the office is friendly and quick to respond to questions, medication issues, etc. And, David, the home physical therapist the office arranged for us was terrific! If you require knee surgery, I most strongly recommend Dr. martin and his practice. My husband is a new person without the pain and immobility he had prior to the surgery!”
