Excellent place. They are knowledgable and friendly, and most helpful. Definitely my "go-to" place.
I have been very happy with the service I have received here at Matt's Multimedia. The owner Matt and employee Josh are great. I have a gaming laptop which was overheating as well as other issues. Josh was excellent in getting it up and running again. Pricing is always fair and service is excellent.
I am an old woman. 85 years old. Still using a laptop. Have had some problems with it and a friend recommended Matt. He said he was a "good guy and honest".
I have had him twice now. Each time, he came to my home, took my laptop, fixed it and brought it back.

I've been using Matt & his services for about 3 years now and I am quite pleased. Personally, I choose to have him come to my home because I don't wish to unhook everything and lug my PC to his shop. I am aware of the hourly rate which is in line with most other tech support operations. I typically write/keep all my notes/problems in Word. Once I have enough issues to warrant his visit, I format my notes in order of importance, arrange an appointment and give him my sheet to work from. Nothing is overlooked and he has a punch list to go by. I have recommended Matt in the past, and will continue to do so.
