Acquire Realty

I had no bad experiences at all with Acquire Realty or Mark Rivers!! I would definitely use them again and recommend to others. Mark Rivers worked with me to find the house that fit my budget and which I always wanted and he surprised me very well! I loved the house I rented for almost 8 years from Acquire Realty through Mark Rivers and I wish I never ever, ever moved out of it!! A month after I moved out I realized I had made a very BIG mistake moving out of the property. Finding a good landlord, house, and neighborhood can very hard to find. I so much miss the house and Acquire Realty! I am praying I could find the two, again! Mark Rivers was the best! Mark Rivers was always very helpful, nice, patient, polite, informing, and professional! Acquire Realty and Mark made getting and living in my house very pleasant and worth it!! I never really had to visit the office because I was always able to contact Mark or Acquire easily, if needed. The few maintenance calls were promptly acknowledged and resolved day of call. Also, the very few times I did visit the office I noted the office staff always acknowledged me, were very nice, and would ask if I need any help. No problems with Edna G.. I always had funny and enlightening conversations with Edna G. and she was helpful, as well! If I spoke to her today I know my regret, it would be something to really talk about. The repair men always were nice, cleaned up, and respectful, as well. I loved the house, and this management company. Like I said before I really wish I had never ever moved. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

We rented property managed by this agency for almost 6 yrs. NEVER had one moments problem. Always responded to our requests in a most timely & professional manner. Sorry to read others are not totally satisfied! They were GREAT to us.

I rented from Aquire several years ago, I think about 8. I didn’t have any problems with them, I was new to the area moved from North Carolina for job and Mark Rivers was my landlord. He was always nice to me whenever I did have to call him, I can only think of a few maintenance calls and they were all air conditioner went out in summer related that I can remember. He always got someone right out to service it. I loved the house and hated I had to move out of it. If I ever move back to Arizona I will go to Acquire again, hopefully Mark still works there after all these years.

I have had no bad experiences so far, I have rented a house for almost two years now from them. I have went online and set up repairs twice and both times the repairman called me directly the next day. Getting into my house was easy, Mark made it very simple and Edna was always helpful as well. I don't have much communication with them because I go online and pay my rent and that's it but the little I have had I cant complain at all. I would use them in the future and recommend to others.
