Beltone Hearing Aid Center

Most times I go to this McDonald's, the service sucks. However, there are two staff members who are absolutely wonderful, Karen and Felicia. I try to visit there when they are on duty, but kind of hard to do, not knowing when they will be working. They always welcome you, have a huge smile, and just it make a joy to visit there.

Miss Karen is our favorite, she's always so energetic and welcoming. Absolutely love her! I wish more people were like her at fast food places. We come back specifically to see her and her positive attitude!

Took my 92 year old aunt to Beltone to have her hearing aid adjusted. Randy was very patient and helpful. Great customer service!

On Jan. 24 I visited Belton in Sun City AZ to have my hearing aids adjusted. I purchased them in Greensburg PA and left almost immediately for AZ without getting to "know" my aids. Randy McCall and his secretary were able to get me into their office almost immediately of which I am soooo grateful because they opened up my eyes as well as my ears by programming my aids. They have a great office and great personalities in helping their hearing aid customers even tho I did not purchase them here in Az. Thank you again.

We work with an older lady she is 101 years old. My mom took her to an appointment yesterday and she wanted to write a review. And she quotes “My name is Beatrice Markow , I had a appointment with Dr Randy McCall . Regarding my 6 year old hearing aids that has been purchased from his old company. He most graciously spent 1 hour and he fixed them so now. I hear very well . He was most understanding and cooperative and he didn’t charge me anything for his wonderful work.
