Setterberg Jewelers

The folks at Setterberg Jewelers make going to the jewelers an enjoyable experience. I have used them twice now and was ecstatic with the outcome on both pieces.

1) For the first trip, I had them set an Australian black opal (from lightning ridge) into a nice pendant which turned out fantastic. I was also on a time crunch and needed it by a specific day, which they made happen even though it was a day earlier then what they quoted!

2) For the second trip, I had them size and appraise an engagement ring (had this prior to knowing about this jeweler or I would have bought one from them) and they did that in record time as well. Ring fits perfectly and the appraisal seems perfectly fair.

While the services were great, I will be returning because of the people. The staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable and genuinely seems to care about the people that walk through their front door. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Setterberg and it became clear why I had such great experiences. It’s because the family who owns the business cares, and that extends to every inch of the business.

I was new to the area and decided to give Setterberg Jewlers a shot due to their shining reviews. I am so glad that I did! My husband and I bought our wedding bands here. Owner Kimberly and her staff were so welcoming and helpful everytime we went in.
My husbands band was not going to be done in time and Kimberly went out of her way to order him a temporary Silicon band so that he had some type of ring for the ceremony.
This is my new jeweler and I will not go anywhere else!

Wish I had gone here the first time I needed rings resized. Their prices are great for repairs and resizing. The turn around time is great. 4 days vs 2 weeks like most. Also, they have you pay AFTER their services are complete, not half up front like some other jewelers.

I brought in a very old necklace for repair. I wasn’t sure if they were going to be able to match the replacement pearl with the original pearls. They did a fantastic job and they didn’t charge me. Love this place. Customer service is outstanding!

One of my wedding ring bands had broken after falling and catching onto the garbage disposal blade. I looked up jewelers in town and found Setterberg. I went in and the owner Kimberlee actually helped me. She was so nice and wonderful to this entire process. I will definitely be coming back here for any jewelry needs. They were able to repair and clean my ring and size it down for me.
