Nino's Méxican Restaurant

Good Mexican spot! I loooved my chicken Flautas 🤤 they were STUFFED with chicken, which I feel like a lot of places don't do. They're usually skinny looking with barely any meat but these were perfect. 🥰 I go with my dad and brother whenever we're on that side of town.

We were seated immediately on a pretty busy Saturday evening. The average age of the crowd was about 55 years old. The service was great, and the water tasted really good. The chips were fresh and the salsa was good, if a bit mild (catering to that senior crowd I assume). We got the bean dip appetizer because we saw a bunch of reviews for it and it was GOOD. Highly recommend bean dip. We got numbers 25 and 26, a chicken chimicanga and flautas. The rice was heavy on the cracked pepper — if you like cracked pepper, this is the place for you! If you are sensitive to pepper, consider asking for a little less. It goes really well with the rice and beans though. My wife said the chicken in her flautas was a little dry, but overall was good. I do wish my chimi was a little crispier, but overall I was satisfied. Our waiter was good and helped us clean up when I spilled my beverage 😮‍💨.

Great spot with a good happy hour! Came in after a hot day at the pool for a frozen margarita (mango was on special) and some food. The margarita was amazing! Tasted so fresh and not like a premix. We ordered the bean dip, a taco salad, and the #16. The enchilada was my favorite! I also love that they pay tribute to a fallen officer and police in general!

We went they're with friends tonight. We moved here from Chicago and are looking for restaurants we can call our own. We enjoyed our food, I wish they would have been open a bit later. We've first went there for they're lunch special. I'll call to see if they still have lunch specials That was great value We be back again. I think the servers are great they have manners.
