He knows the houses in Sun City well so he can give the right estimate on the sale price of your home. This is usually a painful experience but he made it easy. We had a variety of issues that needed to be resolved and Kevin helped me and my family get through them all. “Went in on a Sunday. Expect a wait. It's worth it. I ordered their #10 Pork Chop breakfast w/ hash + onions, 2 over medium eggs and English muffin. My dad got their Pot Roast lunch. The sour dough bread is out of this world ah-mazing! Mash and their Wild Rice Chicken soup. All soups are made fresh daily in-house and are wonderful. Come hungry, leave happy. The #10 b-fast comes w/ a choice of either: coffee, pop or iced tea included!
