On line check in was a breeze! I filled out all the paper work before my appointment and just gave them my ID and insurance card upon arrival. I have a broken pelvis so I was in quite a bit of pain. Marci, my tech, made me as comfortable as possible. So friendly, kind and compassionate. Very clean facility. So grateful for angels like Marci in this world. She makes it a better place!

It was hard to find. I didn’t know I had go look for the office in the building. It is right inside the building and has no signs until you enter the building. Kind of inconvenient to me and hence minus one star.

I called the customer service number ahead of time and requested them to give me an appointment even though they accept walk-ins first. However, when I called to reschedule, they said I didn’t have an appointment and I would be considered as walk-in too. Now that’s weird to me. I wasn’t very happy but whatever… I decided to walk-in.

It wasn’t very busy. The techie who helped us was excellent, super polite and thorough. It was quick and easy!

My technician was very kind and compassionate. She explained the steps and made sure that I was comfortable as can be in the MRI machine. Great service. I wasn’t prepared for my part of the cost and they were able to work with me on spreading out my affordable payments.
