Clerk was very helpful. Had a good conversation with him about parts and prices.
Best crew around! Nice group at this location. Plus they sell VHT wheel paint, includes the clearcoat and NiteShade for taillights...hard to find around here.
Richard, who is the manager at the store is really helpful he's smart he knows a lot about parts and cars. Every time that I've been in there he's did his best to try to help me find a solution to whatever automotive problem that I was currently experiencing, and for that I'm very grateful richard. They need to make you regional manager or something dude.
One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was to become part of the Gentle Care family over a year ago. That’s what it feels like - a family. One of the caregivers said, “I care for him as though he was my father.” The home is spotlessly clean, the food is nourishing and plentiful, and the staff is caring and compassionate. Best of all, I know he is safe and well-cared for.

Lengthy Review But Worth The Read Here!
There are not enough positive words in language to be said about Gentle Care Assisted Living!
My Mom whom is a victim of Alzheimer’s disease could no longer live independently at Her home, in need of 24/7 care & assistance with All daily tasks/personal needs.
On 3/27/18, we made the difficult transition to a memory care facility (of many) that I had personally researched and toured. Beautiful yes, although much too “institutional like”, somewhat understaffed by-way-of resident to staff ratio. (23/4).
The price for said facility was unspeakable, along with the constant phone calls I received at all and any times of the day asking that I respond to help guide staff in how to ‘care’ for ‘handle’ my Mom. This transition was more stressful to me than the 9 months I cared for Her at Her Home!
6 weeks, countless unplanned trips (day & night) to fore-mentioned facility, and thousands of dollars later, we had finally made the decision to tour a charming ‘group-home’ that had been recommended to us by our Hospice staff.
This being Gentle Care Assisted Living in Surprise, AZ.
I was greeted warmly by Sef the owner, and staff, who gave me the grand tour of this beautiful, immaculately clean, modern and charming Home.
I work in the EMS Field, and have been in & out of countless group-homes, but NONE LIKE THIS. I immediately felt ”at Home”, and knew that Mom would too!
Mom moved into Gentle Care on the morning of May 14th 2018 being welcomed with warm open arms and hearts!
It didn’t take long for Mom to show signs of improvement in Her sleeping habits, appetite, and light restored to Her eyes!
She was once again, “Home”.
All caregivers are experienced and knowledgeable in their skills, and provide EXCEPTIONAL care for residents at the level of Each individual’s needs.
Each resident is engaged and included as a Family Network in all activities.
It took little to no time to consider the “staff members” our FAMILY members.
My constant stress and worry that had been brought on by the previous facility had quickly been relieved!
Each day I come to see Mom, I am not only visiting Her, I am excited to visit with our new extended Family, (staff) and residents combined!
3 square nutritional, personally prepped gourmet style meals per day, along with snacks (if wanted) are generously provided to the residents promptly morning, noon & eve.
Even *I* never leave GCAS hungry as they are always trying to feed me as well!
Medications are strictly monitored, and administered as directed.
Safety and comfort of All residents is of utmost importance.
Every Holiday and Birthday is celebrated and planned with each individual and family member in mind!
There is NO shortage of Love at Gentle Care!

If you are looking for the Perfect Place for your Loved one with Care-Needs of ‘most’ levels, this is absolutely the place to call HOME.
Gentle Care Home has been a wonderful haven! The home, with only 5 residents, is just what we wanted for Mom. Other facilities were more like hospitals than 'Home', and it was an important factor since Mom was reluctant to give up her own home. When the day finally came, Mom was welcomed warmly by Daniela and has been patiently and attentively cared for 24 hours per day since then. We found it comforting when we saw for ourselves that if anything as much as fell on the floor, someone would come running to help. The food has been great as well, and the inside and outside are clean and immaculately maintained (seriously!). We were worried about obtaining other services needed while in the Home, but physical therapists and beauticians are well-coordinated and welcomed, which has helped us tremendously. We would wholeheartedly recommend Gentle Care Home for your own loved one!
My family and I couldn't be happier with Gentle Care home. After having my Mom at a care facility in Sun City, I realized she needed more personalized care. We were so impressed with Daniela and staff, we moved her right in. She has been with Gentle Care for 10 months now, and no matter when we go to visit, we find the same immaculate housekeeping, well balanced homemade food, and wonderful care.
My wife and I are very happy and pleased with our decision to move my mother (97 yrs old) to Gentle Care Home. She had lived at an Independent care facility and declined where more care was needed.
The home is exceptionally clean and the staff very attentive and caring who strive for excellence. There is as much "hands on" care as is needed for each day. Communication is good by phone, fax or e-mail. Daniela is well known and liked by the necessary support people : Doctor's, paramedics and Hospice.
