I had a very difficult Real Estate Settlement split statement that was on the verge of going to court for a Partition. Brien Birge is so very knowledgeable and thorough, that we were able to change, and revise their existing Document. The other party agreed to all of our terms, and signed off to all revised and changed terms. Brien is very committed, spending time to get this document completed in a quick, timely manner.
