(July 21, 2020, 9:07 pm)Interesting 55+ community with mostly mobile/trailer homes but a few small custom builds as well...maybe mini homes is a good description. Owners own the land as well which allows them the flexibility of building structures on their pads.
(January 3, 2020, 10:29 pm)We rented an RV space for 2 months at Happy Trails. We loved it and were sad to leave. It is for adults 55 and over.
Our space was perfect. Located on the golf course, awning covered, shed and citrus trees.
Everyone who lives there, and I mean everyone, is friendly, helpful and really kind. There is an immediate sense of community.
We will definitely be back and stay longer.
