  The employees and owner at Berkshire are absolutely wonderful. I had an urgent repair needed on an article of jewelry, and they took care of my job same-day. Not to mention, everyone working there was so kind and attentive. Very fair prices as well!

  My wedding set was in dire need of a professional cleaning. I visited Mike (the owner) today and it was the best experience I have ever had at a jeweler. He makes everyone feel like family and is very knowledgeable about his craft.
  They went the extra mile to even take my morganite gem out of the setting to get it extra clean. I feel like I have a brand new wedding set and can’t stop staring at it.
  HIGHLY recommend everyone visit them for their jewelry needs from small to big.

  I was looking for someone to fix a few pieces of jewelry about a year ago and went to Berkshire Diamonds. Michael helped me and was supper great. I told a friend who need something fix and she was going to send it back to were she bought it from I told her about Michael and his staff so she also went in and was happy with the work here. Today I had to go back to have an adjustment on a ring for my wife and they remembered the ring and fix it on the spot. I will go to no other jewelry store - Berkshire Diamonds and Michael now have my business for life

  Great experience for my wife and I. We weren't ignored or pressured at all. They special ordered a ring for my wife and once it got here and we went to see, they sized it the same day and she loves it. Pricing is great. Can tell they aren't trying to make a years wages off one sale. While we were there we seen people coming and going...repeat customers, specialized and personalized jewelry orders. Don't get me wrong they have a great selection on hand too. But if it's not there, they'll help you find it. The customers all seemed to have the same comfortable and relaxed demeanor because that's just the atmosphere you'll find here. I'd definately recommend Berkshire Diamonds.

  My wife and I have been in to see Michael a few times and we've always received excellent customer service. Michael and his staff are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Jason did a few adjustments to some of my jewelry and seems very knowledgeable. Michael's wife helped my wife pick out a wedding band when she absolutely loves. They have beautiful jewelry at reasonable prices. We would recommend Berkshire Jewelers to anyone.
