  First time home buyers, this was such a great experience because of Todd. He was organized, punctual, very knowledgeable, made the process so easy we learned so much from him. He has been doing this for a long time we felt we were in good hands and he is some one we could trust, he had our best interests at heart. We found our home so quickly! Highly recommend him I’ll never go through anyone else

  Todd helped us both buy and sell a home. He is on top of every detail and we are so happy to have chose him as our realtor. Todd has excellent communication skills and works very hard and quickly. I highly recommend Todd he took the stress off of us and I trust him fully!

  We have bought over 10 houses in our life. After interviewing multiple realtors and choosing Todd, I can state hands down that he was the best realtor that I have worked with. Being an out of state buyer with 5 children and other challenges, Todd worked with our criteria to help us find the perfect house in the neighborhood where we were looking. He gave us honest feedback when asked and was never pushy to encourage a purchase. When there were issues, he pointed them out and talked through options. He was always there to go above and beyond normal expectations. I would highly recommend him for those looking to sell or buy a house.

  I have really enjoyed working with Real Estate agent, Mr. Todd Pooler. Even though I live many states away from the property I was selling, I felt connected to the whole process and like I was in the hands of an experienced professional from the time we engaged his services all the way through to closing. Not only was he always ready to fully engage with potential buyers and their realtors, and myself & my own questions, but also he kept us completely informed on the myriad of details it took to ensure that the property was always buyer-ready. A job well done! I am a happy customer!

  Todd is a very kind hearted and sincere person. He was a very fair realtor when it came to his percentage on commission in selling my daughter’s home. Todd made very sure that the features of my daughter’s home were represented very vividly to perspective buyers. He had professional photos taken of my daughter’s home, which were beautifully done. Todd sold my daughter’s home at his first open house.
  
  Secondly, Todd was fantastic in helping my daughter in the purchasing of her next home. Todd was always patient and available no matter how many times we wanted to view a home.
  
  Weeks after my daughter purchased a home we noticed that a few window screens were not in working condition. Surprisingly, Todd replaced the window screens with his own money. WOW! How often would a realtor do that after they receive their commission. This is the kind of realtor Todd is. I would highly recommend him to any person looking to either sell or purchase a home.
