I highly recommend Mark here. I had gone to Firestone first to just have someone take a look at something that was hanging from the bottom of my car. Firestone said they did not have time to “just look”…. So I went to brakes plus. I was referred by my son. When I got to Brakes plus, I asked for Mark. He was attentive. He asked for my keys and immediately went outside to take a look at my car. I liked the fact that Mark didn’t make me go outside in the heat with him while he took a look. He had my car up on a lift, inspected it, added a few nuts and bolts and had everything completed in less than 15 mins. I didn’t have an appointment but they got me in and out right away. Mark was friendly and knowledgeable. He definitely earned my business. I’m going back this week for an oil change. Good honest people here. Finally. Thanks Mark.

Now for the icing on the cake. The staff was incredible. The manager was so nice, and the techs were courteous and respectful of my car. They even took the time to call me up and go over all the settings to ensure that I was getting the end product I wanted.
