We live at least an hour away from Germain Honda but we found the car we liked at Germain Honda. I called Matt right away and he was so pleasant to even talk to. He quickly explained and answered all our questions and also sent a video of the car inviting us to come and have a look. We liked the whole experience so much we decided to drive one hour to go there. At Germain Honda the experience only got better! It was the smoothest purchase experience. I just bought a 2023 Honda Passport from Germain Honda of Surprise. The moment I showed up, the sales team was right there to greet me. My salesperson Matt Thorpe was "hands down" the best I have ever worked with. He spent as much time and answered every question as needed. During our discussion(s) I had the sense that he was very engaged in the process. He and I did all the footwork and at the end of the day, I got "exactly" what I asked for and that is all that matters most. The professionalism, attention to detail and service was exceptional. Matt went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied. The other members of his team were also great but having Matt Thorpe as my guy...sealed the deal!

I had a very good experience with this dealer! We may not have come to an agreement but Alec was extremely kind and understanding. He made me feel comfortable and a part of the experience with no stress. He offered me refreshments and complete transparency throughout the process and made me feel like I could trust what he was saying. The dealership was in excellent shape and was very well laid out, wide open dealership with clean floor and furniture and even cleaner cars! They were quick and efficient and treated me with respect.
