  I have been going for about a year now. First for an injury and now just maintenance. Every member of the staff is outstanding. Friendly and easy to work with. They make you feel like family and take your well-being very serious. Plenty of treatment options to get you back on the right track. Highly recommended.

  I've been coming to Back Fit for some time. I was looking for a closer location, been under Chiropractic care for years. I was so pleased with the total care, first checking my x-rays. It was obvious why I constantly struggled with headaches, upper back and neck spasms, restless sleeping, digestive issues and more. They worked with my insurance and set up a program to bring me to a stable situation. With physical therapy, at home care and chiropractic care I am totally different. I have a tendency to overdo and I bounce back so much quicker and complete. I am now in a maintenance program and that's all I need. I cant say thanks enough for the change in my daily routine and how much better I feel.

  The people at BackFit in Surprise are so welcoming and helpful in every way. They really show you that they’re on your side and willing to do everything they can to get you feeling better. They do things quickly and efficiently, from treatment plans to referrals to scheduling appointments, they have your back the whole way. The team communicates through everything to make sure they’re all on the same page with your treatment plan, and giving you the maximum amount of care you need. Dr. Ellis is very knowledgeable and he explains things in a way that is understandable and shows that he really cares for your health. NP Alisha Miles is kind and helpful, and makes sure to check in on her patients, not only physically, but mentally as well. Anthony is a great physical therapy tech, he is friendly and always has great ideas to help strengthen and heal injured areas. And when Erin fills in she does a great job of continuing that care. Martha is a helpful aid to Alisha, she is very personable and knowledgeable as well. And at the front desk, Heather and Salma are super helpful in getting appointments scheduled, talking about finances, dealing with insurance, and keeping everything organized.
  I love BackFit and all the people who work there! I have had nothing but great experiences with all of them; they set the standard for top tier care.
