I’ve gone to many dentist because I’ve moved around a lot. I absolutely hate the dentist. I had a root canal done by Dr. Ahmed and he did amazing. He was patient with my complaining, made me feel very comfortable and was quick. I’ll be recommending him to anyone needing a root canal.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Shaw and his team at Surprise Modern Dentistry. I had an emergency dental situation and from the time that I made my appointment until I walked out after my procedure, it was nothing short of perfect. Everyone was professional and caring. Dr. Shaw explained everything along the way and made my emergency much less scary. I won’t go anywhere else and if you’re looking for a dental office, this is the place to go!

I move around a lot for work so finding (and trusting) a dental office can be tough. The office manager, Linda, went above and beyond to explain things and answer all of my questions. She really made me feel heard, valued as a client and helped me to understand everything. Dr. Hall and Jen (the hygienist) were also super wonderful. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone!

Our first visit and we are so very appreciative and happy of how all the staff took care of us. They were able to accommodate on a really short notice and were super flexible. I would highly recommend Surprise Modern Dental to anyone looking for a dentist. I can only give 5 stars but deserve 10 stars.

I saw Dr.Shaw and he was amazing. I had seen two doctors prior to Shaw. One had told me I needed top dentures, the other just wanted to do a root canal. I’m so glad I say Dr.Shaw because I was able to keep all my teeth, no dentures, no root canals. Just 6 crowns, and they took so AMAZING. 6 crowns only costed $8,000. Which could’ve costed 18k, I think I got a good deal!!!

When I needed Putnam Counseling, they were there! I felt comfortable enough to share things that I hadn't shared with anyone. They listened, they actually ".heard" me and they help me get out of a nose dive and onto a good path. I'm grateful every day for Putnam Counseling. It's nice to know they'll always be in my corner!

Corie is great! She helps the whole family as a whole. She was so helpful and patient. Highly recommend! Corie is a fantastic therapist. She seems to be highly educated and experienced in her field. Also, I like her style of therapy and how she helps me apply tools to work on my current issues. I highly recommend Corie as a therapist. She’s is awesome. We are early in the process, but I great appreciate Corie’s support and insight. She has been very attentive and accessible, and made me very comfortable taking important first steps in the process.
