I appreciate the convenience of curbside pick-up and this location has shown improvement since it has become more popular due to the pandemic. The price is great for the quality. The people who bring my order out are usually friendly and this time was no different.

The young man smiled and was respectful with his words as I asked him to place my cold things in the cooler bag and the rest in the crate. However, his actions were not as respectful. He pretty much tossed all the stuff into the crate. Although nothing got smashed or broken, it made me feel like he didn't care about me or appreciate the money I had just spent there, which in turn pays his salary.

Sadly, this is typically the same type of attitude that many people working in the pickup area have. I think is probably a lack of training. On a few occasions (out of the great many I've been there over the past year and a half) the person loading my order into the car was super careful, respectful and paid close attention to what they were doing, so I'm giving the rating of 4 overall because of that and the value curbside pickup provides due to the convenience.

Outstanding service. Found everything I was shopping for. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Even the checkout was great, very friendly cashier. All & all, a great experience today.

The customer service people are amazing! They helped me when I had just lost my return gift card and they did everything they could to re issue another card even after the other one was activated. Patty and the manager went above and beyond to help me.
Would recommend this location to anyone!
