Great, helpful staff. They didn't make the battery I needed so the gentleman there made one for me!

Thank you to the two gentlemen at BPB who helped me install my car battery. It was considered a “hard install” per their computer. They were not suppose to install the battery but let me use their tools. I was able to do it myself, but they suggested a few tricks of the trade to make things easier. It was hot out and a pain to install (hear that GM) but was ultimately successful. I wish I got their names but I truly appreciate their help and will be a customer for life.

Went to start the car this morning and the battery was dead. I hate that. I had to ride my bike here to Batteries Plus and the tech was so helpful! He did not give me the 20 questions- just year make and model of car. He gave me 2 options, got the battery, helped me pack it in my backpack and get off and on my way! Super helpful and quick. Thanks so much!
