The attention to my mother's needs were met with kindness and professionalism. My mother is happier now that she has new hearing aids and can hear much better again.
I met with Denise, she was very knowledgeable , explained all the tests and was very nice. I was glad to know my hearing was ok.
The front desk employees were pleasant, welcoming and helped me get started with my appointment. Stacy was very patient and professional. The testing was very comprehensive and she explained my hearing loss. I would recommend Ascent Audiology & Hearing.
Hubby fully went in to this experience knowing he had a severe hearing loss but not willing to spend the money for hearing aids. Well, we walked out with hearing aids! No pressure whatsoever. Just good solid testing that told us what we already knew. After testing out some aids and seeing how amazing the sound was, we opted for little less costly aids at a price we could live with and a 30-day trial that would get all but a $400 restocking fee back if he opted out before the 30-days. I think that was the selling point, that he didn’t have to lose his money if he couldn’t adapt to them. So far, so good! The criteria is he had to wear them a minimum of 10-hours a day. First day a little rough trying to figure out what volume we needed and in his words ‘everything is SO loud.’ 😬 But his brain is finally connecting to his ears and we are almost a week in and they are in every day except for shower time. No more him shouting ‘I. CAN’T. HEAR. YOU!!!’ every time I try to communicate with him. Ascent answered questions promptly on a day-after follow-up call from us, and then called us two days later to double-check how we were doing. They promise service every step of the way and we will hold them to that. Our technician Stacey was understanding of our concerns throughout the entire process and a pleasure to work with. Hubby is making this work for both of us!
I am over-the-top impressed with Ascent A&H. My hearing aid died suddenly right before I was to leave for vacation out of state. They got me in immediately as a new patient during their lunch break. Stacey did my testing and explained the results clearly. When I shared specific issues I have with high pitches, she programmed the right-hand aid so I can now use my right ear. She carefully explained the workings of the aids, cost factors related to insurance and made triple sure adjustments were to my liking. When I noticed odd changes in volume and pairing the next day, Brittany asked me to drop in. While trying to pair my aids with the phone she, also experienced the strange changes and immediately took them to Steven. He concluded the pair was faulty and I was provided with a loaner pair for my trip. All on short notice; all with great concern that I can leave and be assured I won't miss hearing a thing.
