Not only did he explain the specifics of the tire but clearly outline me the benefits of doing business with him. He didn’t pressure me and gave me a follow up call the next day just to check in.
I had received quotes from a few other companies and chose S&S because of Josh and his customer service even though they weren’t the lowest price place.
Being in the service industry myself, I can definitely appreciate an employee going the extra mile for a customer especially in an industry where there’s a ton of competition.
Definitely now a customer for life. Thanks again Josh and S&S tire!
(February 9, 2020, 2:39 pm)Great job as usual. When there was an unexpected problem that required they keep the car overnight, they took me home and picked me up the next day. Called me a couple times to update me. I am very happy with this company and have been for four years.
