Mark and Shelly have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Mark has really been flexible with days and time to meet and discuss the process and is very thorough on what to expect with getting our roof replaced. The crew did a really good job and cleaned up after each work day.

After plenty of shopping around for a leak repair and after having to explain to several roofers (who insisted to overly treat the roof for a price six times the insurance estimate) that the insurance contractor was a former roofer himself and not THAT clueless, I finally met John from Aladdin Roofing. Before he knew about the insurance estimate, he came, looked at the problem, and quoted a rate that was very comparable and made perfect sense. Very cordial service, HONEST, and efficient business.
