This is our first time having our golf cart batteries replaced. The Golf Cart Guy picked up our golf cart and returned it the next day. They installed all new batteries at a great price and returned our golf cart in pristine condition. I would definitely use them in the future for all our golf cart repairs etc.

ive got a 2011 yamaha. Batteries failed after 5 years. My old mobile repair guy retired so i took a chance on Your Golf Cart Guy after getting quotes for appointments 3 weeks out at higher prices. They came the next morning at the agreed time to pick up my cart and redelivered it 6 hours later. great customer service. Delivery agent took 20 minutes to explain the proper, first-time charging sequence (which i had never had explained before by other vendors) as well as battery care in our miserable arizona heat. I am extremely pleased that they have earned by trust and future business.

Friendly, fast, and very helpful. They picked up the cart at the time they told us, replaced the batteries, and returned it in one day. They told us they don’t usually service our brand of golf cart because it is an off brand, but they would put in new batteries for us. They were unable to get the one part for our golf cart (unrelated to the batteries) but they went the “extra mile” and took a picture of the part we needed and sent it to us. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Great company! Nice people and outstanding customer service! They picked my cart up at 8:30 am and returned it around 1:30 pm. Definitely my "go to" service provider, and I am going to let others know about them.

I had new Trojan batteries installed in my cart. We were educated by Mike regarding lithium batteries, and really appreciate his expertise. Cart was picked up at 6am, returned before 2pm with new batteries and cables, and Mike educated me on regular charging procedures in the Arizona heat, as well as the charging procedures for my brand new batteries. The service was awesome, the product is excellent, and the cost was exactly what they told me . . . No hidden fees. I won't be going anywhere else for any golf cart maintenance.
