I honestly wish I could give this place 1,000 stars. Everyone is so kind and you can tell they love all of the kids. Pastor Debbie and her team are the best! I would definitely recommend this daycare. To all of you first time parents out there, we were sooooo nervous to give our son over to anyone. The teachers at this daycare made us feel so comfortable with leaving him there. They really do everything they can to make sure our son is happy and safe.
We have been attending Tempe Christian Preschool for 8 years now. All 3 of our boys have gone here since they were infants. We have always enjoyed the people that work here and make this such a great place for children and families. There are not many places that are blessed with such a great facility which includes a large playground, gym for the hot summers, spacious classrooms, beautiful courtyard and play areas for the kids. Among many of the events they do thru the year including a PAC parent action committee our favorites are the Christmas and Spring concerts. These are a great tradition and always fun. Their schedules are flexible, prices are so reasonable and location is great for freeway access. However the most valuable part of attending this school has been giving our children a faith based early education in a safe environment we can count on and trust.
The school is absolutely amazing. I have 2 kids (2.5 ye old and baby who started at 9 weeks) we've been coming for about a year. The best part of the school is that the staff truly care about your kids. I have left my toddler screaming with the teacher and snuck back to look in the window. Ive observed them giving her a hug and inviting her on their lap for an activity.
My favorite part of the school layout are the different rooms. The kids go to chapel once a week with a music director. There is a giant gymnasium where they go when it's hot during the summer. There is also a courtyard for gardening, puppets, train rides and even the infants get to ride around in the buggies when the weather is nice. There are three shade covered play grounds as well.
Parents have to pack their lunch but the school provides morning and afternoon snack. The snacks are fairly healthy from crackers, fresh fruit to hummus.
Pastor Debbie runs the place like trump tower on Election Day. She's always hustling around greeting parents and helping out in the classrooms. She hosts fire engines, snow days and petting zoos.
Cassie is her right hand help and sits on all these boards advocating for kids. They are constantly improving the program, which in my opinion is top notch. They even support breastfeeding moms.
A couple things I would change, there are a million doors and getting in and out is not a quick task. I also wish the teachers could babysit for us, our two kids adore their teachers and we trust them.
My son has been going there for about a year now and we just love it! The staff is very caring and welcoming. My son even calls his teacher his best friend and always talks about all his friends at preschool. I love how clean the classrooms are. Their playground is safe and very beautiful. I love all the activities they have throughout the year and my son is growing up loving his preschool.
