Went with two friends and we were there for an hour painting away. The selection of pottery to choose from is huge as well. Can get pricey if you want bigger items, but the great thing is that you choose which peice you want to paint”

“I went with two kids and a 3 month baby looking to get fast yummy food and I got way more than that. The cashier was so nice to my kids and was very understanding of how hard it is to handle kids. He was keeping my kids entertained and he even gave my kid a little side bacon because my 5 year old would not eat his burger without bacon. I had such a great experience definitely will go back and will recommend this place. The burgers are amazing and fresh.”

“It was fun window-shopping at this store. The layout itself was a bit tight in certain aisles, but it was nice to see things that I've never seen at other chain grocery stores. I found a lot of quirky things- furniture, accessories, and even food from across the world. The store is well-kept and clean, and the associates working there were nice. “Monster comics is one of those hidden gems. Across the street from tempe market place, monster comics has a great selection of comics, whether dollar bin, sought after back issues, or slabs. Great prices on supplies, collectors comics shares space with monster and offers new releases, primarily marvel and dc. A subscription pull box will ensure you never miss another issue. By far, the most appealing aspect of monster is their staff. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful. A great place to spend an afternoon.”

“This Mt Side took good care of me! I had a rough experience (at first) with this gym. The gym is very clean with new equipment, but I kept getting charged for personal training even after my membership was canceled. It took a few phone calls but they ended up just refunding the charges, which obviously made me very happy. Most gyms don’t do that. Once I move back into town, I will definitely be going back to Mt Side!”

“I parked here to go to the Mountainside Fitness gym. There was plenty of parking and not too many cars going in and out- pretty good especially considering it was a weekday after work. The metal decorations on the outside are interesting. They move with the wind, and can be a bit a noisy. Not a fan of when the sunlight hits them and they become blinding to drivers. However, I guess it does help reflect the sun away from cars indoor.”

“It's a smaller Starbucks than the other stand-alone branches. This one is located in the State Farm building. To find it, once in the Marina Heights parking spot, look for the green umbrellas. The service was pretty quick, and on the weekends, there was hardly a line. However, on the weekdays, this place can get pretty packed.. Just keep in mind, for this location, even if you buy something they will still charge you 54 cents (a nominal fee) for water unless you bring your own container. ;)”
