I was referred by another firm and a consultation was scheduled via phone for the next day at noon. Right on time the next day at twelve the phone rang. Nice and prompt. After discussing my situation it was determined that this would be best me handle this personally and use small-claims court. He was extremely knowledgeable about how I should go forth and shared that info and how to accomplish step by step, never rushing the call and fielding all my questions. Great experience.

Morgan is AMAZING!!! I am a first time home buyer and am not familiar with the home buying process in AZ, top that with friends and family back home badgering me that I need a closing attorney and you can imagine how frazzled I was. I decided to call and get information on whether I would need to hire an attorney for my closing. I had called another office and they didn't think twice about quoting me at an outrageous amount ($350 for the consultation and $1750 and up for presentation). Morgan was nice enough to get on the phone with me and advise that in AZ it is not customary to have a closing attorney and gave me some great information on when an attorney may be necessary during a closing.
