My husband and I had a lot of questions regarding opening a new line up for our son. Big decision and Joyce really took the time to go over the options we can chose from. Great experience! (August 1, 2021, 11:47 am)I've been coming to them for years because every single t-mobile expert has always provided excellent service. I moved to another town but I still come to them because it doesn't matter what my phone issue is they always help me out. Today for instance I couldn't hear outbound or incoming calls so I came to this t-mobile and met Frankie Wong. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and upbeat. He deserves a raise and promotion! He fixed my issues in less than 5 minutes. Beyond grateful! Highly recommend!!!

(April 15, 2021, 1:53 am)Hands down the best T-Mobile experience at this location. Staff is courteous and willing to help. I was lucky to be paired with Joyce, she is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I thought my situation would be very difficult (porting multiple personal lines to a business account) but she answered all my questions and knew exactly the plan that would fit my needs. Thank you, Joyce!
