(June 11, 2020, 6:50 pm)I had to buy a new car last week, and Wendy Helms was great to work with. She made the preapproval process so easy, and she even gave me a couple of smart tips to help me watch out for my needs while shopping around. Then, if that wasn't enough, she made the process for the dealer easy! They even mentioned how great it was to work with Wendy, and how they don't usually have all the information they need, and there is a lot of back and forth. So, overall, the experience was top notch! - Out with the OLD and in with the NEW!

(March 26, 2020, 5:17 pm)The team is great and the only concern I have at this branch is that these wonderful employees are not being protected from the virus. They are risking their health to accommodate those that patronize the business. I am hoping that each employee that are in their branches and in contact with the members face-to-face should get some sort of raise for putting their health at risk.
There should be some sort of glass barrier at each station to ensure the safety of the employees. You also need a sign to let the customers know that they need to stand at least six feet away from other customers. This is a very serious virus and the employees definitely need to be protected.
Also to risk any further contamination, some of the employees need to start working from home and shorten bank hours until the virus is under control. Money is not the most important factor in this case, however a human life is everything. Take precaution and do the right thing.
