Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

Aaron Meyer from the Tempe, Arizona branch came to inspect for rodents. He was very professional, kind, and extrememly helpful. When I had ideas about the situation, even though he was the knowledgable one, he showed value to me, never belittling even if my ideas had been invalid. He named the rodents, and we found photos and he suggested how I could begin to get rid of them. This professionism gave me confidence in Truly Nolan as a company and I will be using them and recommending them to others.

The woman who came to our home on Tues 2/11 was quite considerate, thorough (getting into corners, etc.) and personable. I do hope she will be our "regular' tech. I have 2 very 'property-protective' dogs. Knowing this fact, she called not only to tell me she was about 10 minutes away but she tactfully reminded me to bring in my dogs & to unlock the back yard gate. She also mentioned she has dogs, too, & that she felt it would be best to keep the dogs off the grass until the spray has dried (about an hour). I highly recommend her.
