I am biased, of course, but I am so proud of the Thank Yous that come pouring in every day.
Naturally, most people are afraid to go into a "home". However, because Jackie works tirelessly to find the Perfect home with a spotless reputation, she gets phone calls, cards and flowers almost every day from the families or from the loved one in need. The cards read "You are my Special Angel". "My Dad is SO happy", and lately, one card came that said "You have saved our family. We were actually fighting about a place for our Mother. You did what we couldn't do".

Jackie was an absolute gift from God! When we received the diagnosis from the doctors that my sister had terminal lung cancer, we were devastated & didn't know where to turn. I came across Jackie's website & called her. She jumped right into action to help us understate what the diagnoses actually meant and the type of care my sister would require. She then taught us how to find out what all the different ratings for the facilities meant and ultimately found us the most caring place that took care of Kim through her passing. All of this with no out of pocket costs for my family.

I have even called on Jackie twice since then to help me find information for other family members that live out of state. Jackie was not paid for this but still went out of her way to help me.

She has found the perfect profession for herself. It takes a huge heart to be able to step in and assist families through these difficult times. Thank you Jackie!

We had an extremely tight timeline and several complications which she helped navigate us through seamlessly.
