I had an appointment today and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and very kind, along with Dr. Santos. Overall, I would highly recommend coming here if you're on the fence about where to go to to get certified.
DR. Carlos Santo is very prompt and professional. The receptionist is very kind and informative. They let you know everything you need to before you leave. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to be certified
Nothing but the best.... I live in Prescott and drive to see Dr. Santos and his fur baby!!! Tia his assistant is also very accommodating and kind. I don’t hand out reviews easily but they definitely deserve 10+stars! Thanks Dr. Santos for all that you do! You guys are awesome...
My experience was exceptional from start to finish! This was my first visit and I was so impressed. Warm and friendly reception, neat and immaculate office, and Dr. Santos was professional, prompt, and caring. I visited this practice based on high recommendations from friends, and Dr. Santos and staff still managed to exceed my already-high expectations! I couldn’t be happier and HIGHLY recommend Dr. Carlos Santos!
