(August 3, 2019, 3:17 pm)My rating is focused in the quality of costumer service. I'm very positively impressed by how they took care of me even before arrival. John went the extra mile to make sure I did not have to wait at the airport to be picked up after my flight was cancelled and I chose to stay at this location. Upon arrival I noticed that this good will and care for guests extended to the associates working at the restaurant too. Thank you all for a great stay.
Yes, people have commented before that the hotel seems to need a facelift and some other renovations. This is true. But, it should not affect the rating for the people that are working hard taking care of us. As Marriott has taken over this Brand, I am sure that we will see some much welcomed renovations soon.
I think, this property offers a very good value for the money and we should wait eagerly to see how it will get improved soon. However, I feel we will keep getting the high quality costumer care that I have experienced.
(June 28, 2019, 8:43 pm)Access to I-10 and also the 202 freeways was great. Close to the airport which I liked. Hotel is clean with good amentities. Staff is friendly and also helpful. Pool is nice, workout room is small but adequate. Restaurant seems nice although I didn't order anything there during my 3 day stay. My room had several things broken or not working well, the shower drain, the bathroom sink, the TV remote control, and my door access card. Seems like they should check these items before a new customer checks into a room. But I'd go back and stay here again.

I must say that Cecilia and the staff were wonderful, The staff provided the bright light at the end of the tunnel, The room was comfortable and clean, great coffee and breakfast. Yes it is a little outdated, but there is nothing wrong with good ole customer service. After being in Vegas for a week, this was a breath of fresh air, The Paris Hotel should take lessons from this group. GREAT JOB, You exceeded our expectations, I will certainly stay with you again, in my travels. Thank You Cecilia and Staff,
(April 17, 2019, 3:03 pm)I was picked up at the airport by the best shuttle driver Rudy Sr. I wasn’t feeling well and had my early morning flight cancelled so was a little frustrated. Rudy Sr was just the guy to drive me to a much needed rest. Friendly, thoughtful beyond measure and kind - as the first representative to a hotel I appreciated it. The hotel has a beautiful pool and outside, courtyard style area. The room was fine, could use a little spruce up but I had a good rest there. The food was alright, there is nothing else in the area so I was grateful they had a full menu. My only challenge was they use fake fragrance in the lobby which gives me headaches so I opted to take my food to go and ate by the pool.
