Total Care Connections

I have been an employee of Total Care Connections for 4 years in different positions. I can genuinely say that it is an exceptional company to work for. The level of care that is provided to the clients is unmatched, they truly go above and beyond. As an employee I have always felt like a valued member of the team even as the company has grown over the years. I have worked for many different health care companies in my career but Total Care Connections is intentional in exceeding expectations of the clients who have put their trust in them and empowering their employees to remain passionate and dedicated to their work.

I have worked at TCC for almost 2 years now! It has been such a great experience. The company is filled with people who genuinely care about serving the Communities that we are located in! I'm thankful to be part of such a wonderful team.

I have been an employee of TCC for five years. Being employed here has been the best decision I have ever made. We are a family owned business that promotes a supportive and encouraging environment. Each person is truly part of a team that genuinely cares about each other and our clients. The office staff are top notch individuals who know how to communicate and problem solve with empathy and compassion. Our Care/Nursing staff are the best at what they do, being thoroughly trained and compensated adequately for their service. I highly recommend this company to provide you with the peace of mind that comes from knowing you are in good hands.

I am a CNA, originally employed as a caregiver, and am going to school to become an RN. I have been working for Total Care Connections for just over 3 years now, and have about 8 years total experience in the home health industry. There are two main (and several small) reasons why I've stayed with this company. 1, they work with the Veterans Administration here in Phoenix, and 2, they offer the most flexible hours I've ever had the chance to experience.

I'm the son of a Vietnam veteran. It is an honor and a privelege to serve those who have served, whether its something as major as hospice care, or something as relatively small as just providing companionship during lunch.

One of the things I love about total care is their respect for my need of a flexible schedule. With me going to school, my schedule changes drastically at least twice a year. I've been accomdated when my schedule only had 9 available hours, and now during my summer break I get all the overtime I want and can handle.

The only reason why I give TCC a 4 star review as opposed to a 5 star, is because I can't vouch for their training regimen. I know that it exists, because I have passed the training room in the home office a few times, and had a one on one once for a refresher on hoyer lift training, because it had been so long since I had used one. I came to Total Care previously trained and certified, so it wasn't as much of a requirement.

Finding a home care provider that we could trust for my Grandma was one of the most difficult tasks! Thankfully, Total Care Connections was the best decision we could've made. Their entire team is full of compassion and empathy and, even when we ran into challenges with a particular caregiver, they would correct the situation immediately. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for care for a loved one!!!
