I love Dr. Chen and his staff. They are very professional but also very welcoming. I was in a lot of pain when I went in. Dr. Chen does not judge he listens and makes recommendations. Very easy to work with.

Everyone at this office was so amazing, all of them. I went in thinking I would have to come back for tests or X-rays etc But the doctor and the staff there took care of everything in one visit for me, The staff and the doctor all made me feel like I was being listened to and I was being heard and they addressed all of my concerns, we went over possible treatments and different things for me to do to try to alleviate my ankle problem, and all in all it was just a very well-informed great visit with the doctor and the staff and I didn’t feel rushed at all but it was all done very efficiently so I wasn’t in the office all day waiting for everything to get taken care of they took care of it, and in my opinion very high-quality work. I really appreciate how welcome I felt. Everyone was super nice and professional and They never made me feel like I was being judged in anyway they were awesome I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at that office and it was my very first visit there and I definitely will go back anytime I need to see a foot and ankle doctor And if I know anybody that needs to see one I will definitely refer them there.

This is my very first time at this Dr. Office It was clean,friendly atmosphere. The Dr was nice took her time to answer all my questions. She gave me great tips on how to exercise my foot. The nurse and front office Reception greeted me by my name. That was great. Cheryl

From the Receptionist to the Doctor smooth sailing no long waits and super friendly and accomodating.

We are so thankful that we found Dr. Whitford. We have seen several podiatrists over several years for the same issue that kept reoccurring. Dr. Whitford may have just fixed it once and for all. She is kind, patient, and communicates what is happening to the patient so well. The girls running the office are also so easy to deal with, which is such a bonus.
