(September 2, 2019, 7:24 pm)I have loved every drink I've gotten from here, and the staff is always very friendly and willing to adjust the sweetness levels of drinks and swap out the milks as well. The music is great, they usually are playing cool & unheard of artists and the staff are always happy to tell me the names of songs. Would highly recommend trying urban boba!!

(June 29, 2019, 9:32 pm)This place wasn't as busy as I thought it would be which was nice. I came in on a Saturday afternoon... (Do note that they don't open until noon on weekends... )
I ordered the traditional milk tea boba and I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the beverage. They really gave a generous sized cup for the price. 24 oz of just the right amount of sugary sweet milk tea with yummy boba.
