Dr. Marsella is very nice to talk too. Answer my questions that I don't understand and very thorough explaining about my problems etc. He is very knowledgeable. He is my first choice as a Neurosurgeon I saw someone before him. I'm glad I'm his new patient now whom I trusted my problem. The staff are excellent and very helpful getting my appointment that is very convenient for my schedule. The office is very welcoming very clean organized and decorations are amazing. Dr Marsella an amazing surgeon and human being. My family is beyond grateful for all he has done for our daughter. Not only is Dr Marsella a master of his craft he genuinely cares about his patients and helping them achieve the best results possible. We will forever be grateful.

Dr Marsella performed a brain tumor resection for me in 2013. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. He is truly a godsend. I would highly recommend him to anyone deciding on brain surgery. Dr. Marsella is an amazing surgeon and all around great guy to work with. He performed a right frontal craniotomy due to a brain mass and He explained everything regarding my surgery to my friends and family in laymans so they were well informed.
