  If there were more stars I would just give them to this Center. It might sound like an exaggeration but it's not. Having dealt with a few others in the course of a few years, ranging from plain incompetent to lazy and unsympathetic I know the cost of not getting "responses" .An amazing team, the entire staff of Transitions Center all the way from the front desk and operations to the Counselors....thank you for your awesomeness!!!

  All around a great place with a great atmosphere. Everyone is always very attentive and I’ve never run into any issues. Elizabeth is delightful to work with and easy to talk to. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

  I recently moved to Arizona and was in desperate need of finding a doctor to refill my prescriptions from previous psychiatrist and therapist in Texas... everywhere I called could not get me in soon enough and I was frantically filling out new patient paperwork trying to get as fast as possible and just happened one day to stumble across Transitions center. I called them and they were able to schedule me really fast with absolutely no hassle! Their fist time price was very reasonable and when I showed up for my first apt I was blown away with the center! Freaking amazing atmosphere and professional environment! The gal at the front desk helped me with the new patient paper work and was so nice even giving me a brief tour of the center!
  I met with Tanner Cook and he was amazing and able to help me right away and get me a new prescription that day! He listened to my goals continuing with medication and has continued to be a support and help with me reaching those goals! I absolutely love coming in and I love that Tanner takes the time to listen to me and even let me vent about what’s going on in my life a little! He is very knowledgeable and helpful! I love all the staff here! Have not had a bad experience yet and doubt I will! They all are very accommodating and kind! I am so happy I found this place! And would recommend 10/10 any day!!!

  This clinic is an excellent place with amazing staff! My experience with all the doctors has been great and have had no issues for two years. If you are looking for help within the Tempe area definitely check this clinic out. Besides there prices are super competitive compared to other places in the valley.
